Overview

A recent BrainHealth Project study involving nearly 4,000 participants from age 19 to 94 found meaningful improvement in brain health and performance may be possible at nearly any age. Participants showed evidence of measurable gains in brain health over three years through online brain strategy training, lifestyle guidance, personalized coaching and ongoing performance tracking. Published in Scientific Reports, the study indicated there may be “no ceiling for improvement,” even among older adults and high-performing individuals.Researchers also found participants practicing just five to 15 minutes of daily “micro-training” alongside brain-healthy lifestyle habits achieved some of the strongest results.
