D CEO packed this year's Women’s Leadership Symposium with powerful programming focused on equipping women to lead in a fast-changing world by relying on confidence, innovation and resilience. The 10th annual conference features powerhouse speakers from Salesforce, FC Dallas, the Texas Women’s Foundation, a senior U.S. District judge, and more.The 2025 theme was Next Begins Now, highlighting the urgency and opportunity of the present moment, when women continue to redefine leadership in the workplace and beyond with speakers exploring ways to create progress by embracing change, leveraging technology and building meaningful social networks. From navigating uncertainty to amplifying your voice, organizers designed every session of this conference to help women prepare for what’s next, but moreover – to shape it. Speakers include Center for BrainHealth's Director of Programs Jennifer Zientz and CMO Laura Bloom Gordon, as well as nationally recognized psychiatrist, author and researcher, Judith Joseph, MD, who recently gave an inspiring talk during Dallas' 2025 BrainHealth Week.
