Our team conducted a two-day professional development course for two separate target groups: Department Heads and our teammates. If you apply the concepts that are taught, the course has the ability to have a great impact both individually and organization-wide. As an organization, we implemented several changes to reflect some of the concepts taught. Some of those changes include how we task departments and the number of meetings held. To date, these changes have improved the overall efficiency of our group and enabled us to be more productive with task management and execution. Any team or individual should go through this course if they want to take an introspective look into how they are conducting business and explore innovative options to effectively improve day-to-day affairs.
