Jesus B. Mantas leads IBM's Business Transformation Services and the $9B business of IBM Consulting. Alongside a global team, he helps clients design, transform and operate mission-critical processes as they accelerate their digital transformations.
Mantas joined Biogen’s Board of Directors in 2019 and serves as their chair of Compensation and Management Development Committee as well as a member of the Audit Committee. He is a member of the World Economic Forum AI Global Council and serves on the board of directors for Biogen and HITEC, a non-profit with the mission to increase Hispanic representation in technology. He leads IBM Consulting acquisition portfolio and serves in the IBM Executive Performance Team, IBM Executive Technology Team, IBM Chairman Acceleration Team and is the emeritus chairman of the IBM Hispanic Diversity Council.
