BrainHealth Presents

Recently featured on 60 Minutes, Eva Telzer, PhD, and Mitch Prinstein, PhD, talk about what is going on inside the brain during the teen years – a key time for brain development – and the external forces helping shape it, for better or worse. Grounded in the science of resilience, the conversation will include practical, evidence-based strategies to help teens strengthen attention, emotional regulation, and social connection. The focus is not just on understanding the challenge, but on determining a brain-healthy path forward at school and at home.
