What's Coming Next

More ALLI BrainHealth Guides are slated for publication over the coming months.

Helping Young People Thrive

Young adults often turn to trusted advisors, coaches, mentors, counselors, faculty members, and other supportive adults when navigating life's challenges. The ALLI BrainHealth Guides were created to help these trusted adults engage in meaningful conversations and provide practical, neuroscience-informed support.

The Role of a Coach

Rather than prescribing what students should do for their brain health, a coach:
  • Educates students with easy-to-understand science around why certain habits are healthier than others.
  • Provides a helpful framework for students to make their own decisions around ways they can improve their brain health.
  • Gives ongoing accountability and support to keep progressing brain health habits (and adapting them) as needed.
