No. While we would love for you to do all of them (and some of your may), we want this to be easy and beneficial for your organization.PLEASE START BY CHOOSING ONE WAY:
- Communicate your participation with your organization, community or members, and why it’s important to support brain health during BrainHealth Week (examples provided in toolkit).
- Encourage your leadership, employees, customers, members or friends to take one or both of these steps:
- Take a collective or individual Brain Break and share a visual from our toolkit!
- Participate in the Great Brain Gain Sleep Text Challenge with Matt Walker, PhD, sleep scientist.
- Attend our events including Family Fair on Saturday, March 1st – more events and registration can be found on our website.
- Post on your social media platforms to promote BrainHealth Week and tag us at Center for Brainhealth.
How much you post depends on you and your community. If you choose to activate your organization through social media (#4 below), please post as many times as you would like, in your effort to create a brain-healthy impact. PLEASE START BY CHOOSING ONE WAY:

Please share any logos that we have permission to use, and we will use the one that looks the best on the website or in other marketing materials. GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Stacked logos are often more readable than horizontal (but not always).
- PNG files tend to display more clearly, but we can work with JPGs or other image files.
- Transparent background is strongly preferred.
We recognize BrainHealth Week community partners in the following ways:
- On our a dedicated page on our website.
- In a thank-you social media post after the event.
- In an email to all attendees, after the conclusion of the week.
- During events as we engage with guests and other partners.
