Most people don't think about brain health until they have a problem – but our annual BrainHealth Week is changing that, bringing together North Texas communities to learn about brain health and celebrate the potential each one of us holds. Join us!
  1. Take the pledge – Activate your organization and community. We have tools to make it easy.   
  2. Energize your organization or community by encouraging a brain-healthy practice – Take a collective brain break designed for groups or individuals or encourage your staff or members to join the Great Brain Gain sleep text challenge.
  3. Raise awareness through outreach – Use social media and other outreach channels to bring your community together for a healthy cause.
  4. Encourage your organization and community to attend our free Family Fair on Saturday, March 1
