Jill started her professional career as an attorney specializing in corporate litigation. In the seven years she practiced law, she worked on large-scale litigation, including the Deepwater Horizon oil spill litigation. Eventually, she left the field of law to pursue a longstanding interest in the area of cognitive communication disorders. She learned of the Center for BrainHealth through a graduate class at UTD and used her powers of persuasion honed by years as an attorney to secure a clinician role upon graduation. Since that time, she has been fortunate to be able to blend her prior career experience with her knowledge and passion for cognitive performance. She enjoys finding the purpose that motivates others to push themselves to the next level in brain performance. Jill earned a BBA from Texas A&M in 2004, a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2007, and a Master of Science in Communication Disorders from UT Dallas in 2014.
