Older adults are at risk of cognitive decline. This study investigates the effectiveness of our combined mindfulness mediation and cognitive training program designed to mitigate the detrimental effects of aging on the brain and cognition.
Currently not on medication for the treatment of mental illness
No history of head injury, brain surgery or major cardiovascular disease
What is involved?
Participation includes cognitive assessments and MRI scanning before and after an eight-week long at-home intervention using our training game and a guided mediation program. You will be compensated for your time and effort!
