Day 1: February 20

STARTING WITH A GROWTH MINDSET

Daily Horizontal Images: Growth Day 1
Center for BrainHealth celebrated President’s Day with a Family Fun Fair to mark the first day of BrainHealth Week 2023.
Adopting a growth mindset instills belief in our ability to change our brains by how we use them each day. It's important to teach our kids brain-healthy habits that can benefit them for life. You're never too young to take charge of your brain!
Our inaugural BrainHealth Week featured FREE events and activities, with in-person and virtual options.
Each day included a popular BrainHealth Week Daily Text Challenge, open to anyone who texted BRAIN to 888-844-8991.
