Our Charisma philosophy is simple yet profound: JUST BE YOU! We never dictate what social success should look like. There's no "right' or 'wrong" way to navigate social interactions – it's all about embracing who you are and what feels genuine to you.
Based on over a decade of meticulous research, Charisma merges live, strategy-focused social coaching with immersive, real-time interactions. With just a click, dive into a virtual world of dynamic role play, in the safety of our avatar-driven platform.
Since 2016, Charisma has helped nearly 500 individuals and families throughout six countries, with 90% of participants reporting gains in recognizing and managing emotions, and 75% nearly doubling their ability to understand the intentions of others.
By partnering with ScholarShot — a program committed to guiding first-generation college students through their academic journey — Charisma is bridging the gap between academic success and social well-being.
Charisma will give these students the confidence to connect meaningfully with peers and professors, improving their chances of staying in school and graduating. Our work will not only impact the students themselves, but will ripple across the UT Dallas community and other Texas college campuses. Together, we aim to address the unique challenges these students face, providing them with skills and support that will serve them throughout their lives.
Charisma is designed to help anyone with social challenges, but most users range from middle schoolers to early adulthood, where navigating new social expectations and dynamics are a daily occurrence. Social rules shift and it is easy to feel alone. Charisma helps make these transitions easier, but as we’ve uncovered over the years, it’s also helping people looking to sharpen their job interview skills and improve customer interactions.
Charisma has proven effective for individuals with:

- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Social pragmatic communication disorder
- Learning differences
